FeedX field guide AI use cases
Tell your AI assistant what you want to achieve. Use these practical recipes to turn your products, media, and ideas into work you can review in FeedX.
Name your workspace, product or exact media, audience, and goal.
Ask for options. Choose one. Refine the copy and preview the actual media.
Review the account names, date, and timezone. Approve the exact version.
Complete workflows
Follow one sequence from your starting idea to a checked delivery result. Copy each message when you reach that step. You can create the asset before mentioning FeedX.
Before you beginAn assistant with image generation, a connected FeedX workspace, and named image-compatible accounts.
Create a square image about [brief] for [audience], with [visual style]. Show the actual image so I can review it. We will prepare the post copy when I hand it to FeedX.
@FeedX, use [workspace] and [brand]. I approve the exact image above. Write and choose a caption from my brief in [language] with a [tone] voice, then publish now to [exact account names] as an image post. Keep the image unchanged. Complete required channel settings with me, then continue publishing.
@FeedX, check the campaign you just submitted once. Show the result for each named account and any confirmed post links. Do not publish again.
FeedX writes the delegated copy, accepts delivery, and returns campaign links. A later status check distinguishes successful, pending, and failed accounts.
What can affect this flowA chat image must be transferable as the original file. If it is not, use the FeedX upload link, return and say “Done”; FeedX then resumes the same request. Connection alone does not publish.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginA catalog workspace, a product from that store, image generation in your assistant, and connected accounts.
@FeedX, use [workspace] and [brand]. Find this exact product: [product URL]. Show its current facts and original image links for a post aimed at [audience].
Using the verified product facts and the product photo I select, create a [format] image in [visual style]. Preserve the product appearance, packaging, label, and logo. Write a matching caption without invented discounts. Show the finished image and caption for my review.
@FeedX, I approve this exact image and caption for the product we selected. Publish them now to [exact account names]. Keep the image unchanged, recheck the product facts, and continue through any required account settings. If the facts changed, show me before delivery.
@FeedX, check this campaign once and show which accounts succeeded, remain pending, or need attention, with returned post links.
The delivered post uses the selected product, the exact approved image, and the reviewed copy.
What can affect this flowAn image URL is not proof the assistant inspected the image. Make the selected reference image accessible and inspect the generated product details before approving. Product lookup stays in the selected store.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginActual video creation available in your assistant, or a video you create separately; connected short-video accounts.
Create a vertical 9:16 video about [brief] for [audience], around [duration] seconds long, with [scene direction]. Write a matching caption in [language]. Show a playable final video and the caption. If video creation is unavailable, tell me; do not present a storyboard as a finished Reel.
@FeedX, use [workspace] and [brand]. I have watched and approve the exact video and caption above. Publish them now as a Reel to [exact account names]. Preserve the original video and audio. Complete required account settings with me and continue to delivery.
@FeedX, check the submitted video campaign once. List confirmed successes, pending accounts, failures, and any returned live links. Do not submit another post.
A ready video is imported and submitted to the compatible accounts. The result is confirmed per destination.
What can affect this flowVideo creation is not available in every assistant or plan. An existing playable file can be uploaded instead. Imported original audio stays unchanged unless you request a different soundtrack.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginA catalog product, accessible source photos, video creation in your assistant, and compatible accounts.
@FeedX, in [workspace] for [brand], find [product URL]. Show the verified product facts and original photos. I want a short product video for [audience].
Using the product photos I select and its verified details, create a vertical [duration]-second video with [scene sequence]. Keep the product recognizable. Write a caption in [language] and show the playable video. Tell me if actual video creation is unavailable.
@FeedX, I approve this exact video and caption. Schedule them as a Reel to [exact account names] on [YYYY-MM-DD] at [time] in [timezone]. Preserve the video and original audio. Complete required account settings with me, then submit the schedule.
@FeedX, show the accepted campaign links and check the calendar for that exact date in [timezone]. Confirm the named accounts and scheduled time; do not create another schedule.
An accepted schedule is visible in FeedX with its exact date, timezone, and destinations.
What can affect this flowScheduled does not mean published. If the final video is unavailable in chat, upload a finished original file or explicitly choose a FeedX render after reviewing its cost.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginThe original image or playable video, approved copy or permission to write it, and connected accounts.
Here is the original [image or video] I created in [tool]. Use this exact file and this approved caption: [caption]. Do not regenerate or edit the asset.
@FeedX, in [workspace] for [brand], publish the exact file and approved caption above now as [image post or Reel] to every compatible connected account. Explain any incompatible accounts, keep all eligible accounts, and complete required channel settings with me before continuing.
If FeedX asks you to upload the original file, use the upload step. Otherwise, continue to the result check.
Done—I uploaded the original file through the FeedX link you provided. Continue the same publishing request using that exact file, approved caption, and destination set.
@FeedX, check all campaigns returned for this request once. Show each destination exactly once with its current result and any confirmed links.
Every eligible account is included, even when FeedX splits the request into multiple campaigns.
What can affect this flowThe upload step is only needed when direct handoff cannot access the file. An image is ineligible for YouTube. Larger account sets may be split; a later eligible batch must not be silently skipped.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginA finished vertical video and eligible Facebook or Instagram Story accounts.
Create a vertical 9:16 video for [brief], with all intended words and visuals already inside the video. Show a playable final file so I can review it. Tell me if actual video creation is unavailable.
@FeedX, use [workspace] and [brand]. I approve the exact video above. Publish it now as a native Story to [exact Facebook or Instagram account names]. Check Story support; do not convert it to a Reel or add a separate caption.
@FeedX, check that Story campaign once. Show the current result for each account without posting the video again.
The approved video is submitted with native Story placement to eligible named accounts.
What can affect this flowCurrent FeedX Stories use video on supported Facebook and Instagram accounts. All seller-visible words must already be in the video; there is no separate caption, CTA, hashtag set, or alt text.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginUp to seven distinct approved assets, reviewed copy, connected accounts, and a date range.
Create [one to seven] distinct [images or playable videos] around [theme]. Give each day its own asset and caption in [language]. Show each actual result for review; keep a clear day-to-file mapping. Tell me if the requested generation is unavailable.
@FeedX, use [workspace] and [brand]. I approve these assets and captions. Prepare one post per day from [start date] at [time] in [timezone] for [exact account names]. Keep each day’s exact file. Complete settings for the whole series and show the entire plan before scheduling.
I approve this unchanged week with the shown posts, files, named accounts, dates, and times in [timezone]. @FeedX, schedule the full plan now.
@FeedX, show which items were accepted, remain drafts, or failed, with the returned campaign links. Check the calendar once and preserve all accepted work.
The complete reviewed plan is submitted; FeedX reports any partially completed items instead of claiming the whole week succeeded.
What can affect this flowA publishing week has one to seven content items within seven local days. Each day can span multiple account batches, but must keep its own media. A plan limit may leave some items unfinished.
Link to this workflow ↗Before you beginAn eligible catalog product, exact scene sources, available FeedX rendering, and a credit allowance.
@FeedX, use [workspace] and [brand]. Find [product URL] and propose a short Reel using its current facts and original media for [exact account names]. Show the scene order and caption for review; do not render yet.
Use the scene plan I selected. I specifically want FeedX to render it with simple cuts. Tell me the exact credit or price cost for one render before starting.
I approve one render at the quoted cost for this unchanged scene plan. Render it in FeedX. Report its status and let me review the actual playable video when it is ready; do not publish yet.
@FeedX, I have watched and approve this exact rendered video and its caption. Publish the unchanged result now as a Reel to [exact account names]. Complete required channel settings with me, then continue publishing.
@FeedX, check the accepted campaign once. Show the current outcome for every destination and any confirmed post links.
A completed render becomes the exact video used for delivery after you approve the finished result.
What can affect this flowPaid rendering needs separate explicit cost approval. Queued rendering is not a playable video; render approval is not publishing approval. FeedX supports one to ten ordered scenes with cut transitions.

Connect the right workspace, name your destination, and give AI a useful brief.
Bring thisFeedX connected to your AI assistant.
start feedx
Help me prepare my first image post for [account name].
Good to knowThe guide follows your conversation language. Available actions depend on your workspace, plan, and connected accounts.
Link to this use caseBring thisYour connected FeedX account.
Show my available FeedX workspaces. I want to work in [workspace name].
Use [brand name] in this workspace for the next draft.
Good to knowUse human names. Never paste passwords or social access tokens into chat.
Link to this use caseBring thisAccess to more than one FeedX workspace.
Switch FeedX to [workspace name] and use [brand name] for my next request.
Show the connected social accounts for this workspace.
Good to knowProducts, media, and accounts from the previous workspace do not carry over automatically.
Link to this use caseBring thisA workspace with one or more FeedX brands.
Show the brands in this workspace, then use [brand name] for my content.
Write two introductory post options in this brand's tone for [account name]. Save them for review.
Good to knowName the brand when several are available; a store name is not always a brand.
Link to this use caseBring thisA connected FeedX workspace.
Show my connected social accounts by name and platform. If none are active, give me the FeedX connection setup link.
Check which of these accounts can receive an image post.
Good to knowConnect accounts through FeedX. You do not need to share provider credentials in chat.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn intended account and content format.
Can [account name] receive a native video Story through FeedX? Check only; do not create or publish anything.
Check that same account for an image feed post instead.
Good to knowStories, Reels, image posts, and text posts have separate compatibility checks.
Link to this use caseBring thisYour audience, message, tone, and target account.
In [workspace name], use [brand name]. Create three image-post concepts for [account name], aimed at [audience]. Communicate [message] in a [tone] tone and [language]. Avoid [claims]. Save for review only.
Use option two and shorten the caption, keeping the main message.
Good to knowInclude what you want to happen next: review, save a draft, schedule, or publish.
Link to this use caseUse your current catalog to choose products, check facts, and create useful links.
Bring thisA Shopify, Wix, or Datafeed catalog workspace.
Find up to five current products related to [theme] in this FeedX workspace. Show their names, available prices, and product links.
Use [product name] to prepare three post options for [account name].
Good to knowAn empty result is useful information; AI should not invent a product or search another store.
Link to this use caseBring thisA valid product link from the selected store.
Find the exact product at [product URL] in this workspace and summarize the current facts FeedX returns.
Prepare an image post for that exact product on [account name], using only those facts.
Good to knowA missing or wrong-store link needs a corrected link; FeedX does not substitute a similar product.
Link to this use caseBring thisA catalog with collections or categories.
Show the collections available in this FeedX catalog. Then find up to five products in [collection name].
Create a distinct post concept for each of these [number] products, for review.
Good to knowUse the collection names returned by FeedX; available filters vary by catalog.
Link to this use caseBring thisTwo to four products in the selected catalog.
Compare [product names] using the current prices, descriptions, availability, and variants returned by FeedX. Mark anything not provided as unknown.
Use [product name] and highlight only its verified differences in a draft.
Good to knowCatalog facts do not prove sales rankings, customer preferences, or performance claims.
Link to this use caseBring thisA nonempty catalog and permission to choose for you.
Choose one random current product from this FeedX workspace for me. Show its facts and propose three social post angles.
Use the second angle for [account name] and save a draft.
Good to knowRandom selection is a creative starting point, not a bestseller recommendation.
Link to this use caseBring thisA selected catalog product.
Check the current FeedX facts for [product name]. Tell me which price, discount, and availability claims are supported before writing an offer post.
Draft two offer captions using only the supported claims. Do not invent urgency or a sale end date.
Good to knowFeedX checks current product facts again before delivery; changed facts need a fresh review.
Link to this use caseBring thisA catalog product with available images.
Show the original image links returned by FeedX for [product name], alongside its current product summary.
Use the image I select as the product reference for this image-post concept.
Good to knowAn image link alone does not mean AI has inspected the picture; select the actual image before visual work.
Link to this use caseBring thisA current catalog product with a valid storefront URL and short-link access.
Create a FeedX short link for [product name]. Show the short link and the product destination it opens.
Use this short link in the CTA of the draft we are reviewing.
Good to knowShort links use catalog products, not arbitrary URLs, and consume no AI generation credit.
Link to this use caseTurn product facts or a simple idea into clear, channel-ready copy.
Bring thisA selected product and named destination.
For [product name], write three distinct post options for [account name]: practical benefit, everyday use, and a question-led introduction. Use current product facts and save for review.
Choose the everyday-use option and make it more concise.
Good to knowAsk for distinct angles with a different purpose or audience need behind each one.
Link to this use caseBring thisA clear brief and compatible destination.
Create two LinkedIn text-post options for [account name] from this brief: [brief]. Use no product claims. Choose the first and save a private FeedX draft.
Revise the opening to sound more conversational and keep it as a draft.
Good to knowProductless posts also work in a shop workspace; text-only delivery still needs a compatible account.
Link to this use caseBring thisNamed compatible accounts and one content idea.
Prepare an image post about [idea or product] for [account one] and [account two]. Use a warm caption for the first and a professional caption for the second. Show both for review.
Keep the first account's copy and shorten the second account's CTA.
Good to knowEvery named account keeps its own reviewed copy; AI should not add an unselected destination.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn existing FeedX content draft.
Rewrite this draft in [language] for [audience]. Preserve the product names, prices, factual claims, and selected media. Save the revision for review.
Show the translated caption and the named destinations before I decide what happens next.
Good to knowTranslation creates a new revision; previous delivery approval does not cover changed text.
Link to this use caseBring thisA draft and exact target accounts.
Check the final caption, CTA, and hashtags together for [account name]. Shorten them to fit FeedX's current requirements without losing [key message].
Show the final combined text, then save the revised draft.
Good to knowCaption, CTA, and hashtags share the final text budget; each part fitting separately is not enough.
Link to this use caseBring thisA selected content format and named account.
For this draft on [account name], suggest a clear CTA and any title, alt text, or first comment supported by FeedX for that destination. Save only supported fields for review.
Use the suggested alt text and keep the existing caption unchanged.
Good to knowProvider requirements differ; native video Stories do not carry separate caption or alt-text fields.
Link to this use caseBring thisA product draft with access to its current catalog facts.
Review this product draft for claims that are not supported by current FeedX facts or my brief. Remove invented discounts, scarcity, guarantees, and performance claims.
Show the revised caption with a short explanation of the claims removed.
Good to knowAsk for unknown details instead of filling gaps with plausible marketing language.
Link to this use caseBring thisA brief, two languages, and compatible accounts.
Write two [first language] and [second language] caption options for [account name] about [brief]. Keep each language natural, preserve names and facts, and check the combined text against current requirements.
Choose option one, put [first language] first, and save a draft for review.
Good to knowBoth language versions share the destination's final text limit; shorter copy may be needed.
Link to this use caseBring thisApproved notes or excerpts with source links and a named destination.
Create two post options for [account name] from these reference notes: [notes and source links]. Preserve the supported facts, identify uncertainty, and do not invent quotes or results. Save for review.
Use the second option, retain the supplied source attribution, and shorten the opening.
Good to knowFeedX handles your content workflow; catalog data does not establish external research or success-story claims.
Link to this use caseBring thisA current product URL and a destination supporting first comments.
For [product URL], prepare two post options for [account name] with no price or link in the caption. Check first-comment support, and put the verified product URL there only if supported. Save for review.
Show the caption and first comment separately, then save the chosen option as a draft.
Good to knowIf the account cannot receive a first comment, keep the draft for a new choice instead of inserting the link elsewhere.
Link to this use caseUse approved files, create new visuals, and keep the exact asset you selected.
Bring thisAn approved image with a usable file handoff.
Use this exact approved image for a post on [account name]. Import it into FeedX, create two caption options from [brief], and save for review.
Choose the first caption and make a FeedX draft with the same image.
Good to knowImporting preserves the file and uses no FeedX generation credit; import alone does not publish.
Link to this use caseBring thisChatGPT image generation available with quota.
Create an image for [brief] using ChatGPT's image capability. Let me review the actual result before importing it into FeedX for [account name].
I approve this exact image. Import it and prepare two matching caption options for review.
Good to knowNative image generation depends on your assistant and quota; a concept is not a generated asset.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn actual HTTPS download URL for the original file.
Import this original [image or video] into FeedX: [original media download URL]. Keep the file unchanged and report when the import is complete.
Use the imported file in a draft for [account name] with this brief: [brief].
Good to knowA viewer page, local filename, or chat attachment label is not an original download URL.
Link to this use caseBring thisThe original file and your connected FeedX login.
I want to use my original [image or video], but this assistant cannot pass the file to FeedX. Give me a FeedX upload link and wait for me to finish.
Done. Continue with the exact uploaded file and prepare the draft we discussed.
Good to knowUse the same FeedX login on the upload page; return here after selecting the file.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn upload link prepared earlier in this conversation.
I uploaded the original file through the FeedX link, but the conversation was interrupted. Check that upload and continue with the same file.
Use the recovered file for [account name] and save a draft for review.
Good to knowIf a link expired, FeedX checks for a completed upload before asking you to select the file again.
Link to this use caseBring thisImages or videos already in your workspace's Media Library.
Find my existing FeedX [images or videos] matching [title or description]. Show a short list so I can choose one for [account name].
Use [selected media title] with a new caption about [brief], and save a draft.
Good to knowChoose among actual returned assets; an existing playable video can help when render allowance is used up.
Link to this use caseBring thisA selected catalog product and eligible FeedX image generation.
I specifically want FeedX to create a new image for [product name]. Propose two backdrop concepts that preserve the original product, packaging, label, and logo. Show the exact image count and credit cost before generating.
Use the first concept. Generate [number] image candidate(s) at the quoted credit cost; let me review the result.
Good to knowFeedX can generate a backdrop while retaining original catalog product pixels; cost approval is separate from publishing approval.
Link to this use caseStart with a playable video or review a storyboard before rendering.
Bring thisAn approved playable video and target account.
Use this exact approved video as a Reel for [account name]. Preserve its original audio, import it into FeedX, and prepare two caption options for review.
Choose the second caption and save a Reel draft using the same video.
Good to knowA final playable video is different from a script, storyboard, or scene input.
Link to this use caseBring thisA vertical playable video with all visible words already included.
Prepare this exact vertical video as a native Story for [Facebook or Instagram account name]. Check Story compatibility and save a draft for review.
Show the Story media description and exact destination before I approve delivery.
Good to knowCurrent FeedX Stories use video on eligible Facebook or Instagram accounts, without a separate caption, CTA, or hashtags.
Link to this use caseBring thisA brief, product or approved source media, and intended accounts.
Develop three 15-second Reel concepts about [brief or product] for [account name]. Include scene order, on-screen text, and suggested pacing. Save them for review without rendering.
Choose option two and simplify it to three scenes.
Good to knowA storyboard is a plan. It becomes deliverable only after a playable video exists.
Link to this use caseBring thisA reviewed scene plan, exact source media, and render allowance.
I specifically want FeedX to render this selected Reel from these approved scenes in this order: [scene order]. Use simple cuts and show the exact render quantity and credit cost first.
I approve one render at the quoted cost. Render this unchanged plan and tell me when the request is accepted.
Good to knowFeedX rendering supports one to ten ordered scenes with cut transitions; render approval does not publish.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn imported or selected video.
Use only the original audio in this video. Remove any added music from this draft and keep the selected accounts unchanged.
Show the revised draft summary and leave it ready for review.
Good to knowA silent video does not automatically authorize added music, and unrelated edits should preserve your audio choice.
Link to this use caseBring thisA video FeedX verifies as silent or without audio.
For this silent video, add music from FeedX's available library and tell me the selected track title. Keep the video and target accounts unchanged.
Keep that music choice and show the updated draft summary for review.
Good to knowLibrary music requires your request and a suitable silent video; it is mixed during delivery, so the original preview stays unchanged.
Link to this use caseBring thisA soundtrack already uploaded to the workspace.
Find my uploaded audio named [track title or filename] in FeedX and use it for this video draft. If more than one file matches, let me choose.
Use [selected track title] and keep the original video and copy unchanged.
Good to knowIf the named upload is missing, provide the right name or upload it; AI should not substitute library music.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn existing FeedX Reel or Story render.
Check the status of the FeedX video render we requested and explain whether a playable video is ready.
Cancel this render if it is still cancellable; keep the storyboard for later.
Good to knowQueued or processing is not a finished video. Cancelling does not imply a credit refund.
Link to this use caseChoose compatible accounts and complete the settings each provider requires.
Bring thisConnected social accounts and approved content.
Prepare this image post for all compatible connected accounts in this brand. Name every included account and explain any incompatible destinations before saving.
Save drafts for the complete compatible account set and show the account names.
Good to knowLarge account sets may be split into batches; later compatible batches should not be silently omitted.
Link to this use caseBring thisThe human names of your intended social accounts.
Prepare this post for [account one] and [account two] only. Check compatibility and keep all other accounts out of the draft.
Show the exact two destinations with the revised caption.
Good to knowA request for named accounts does not authorize adding every connected account.
Link to this use caseBring thisA compatible Facebook, LinkedIn, or X account.
Create two text-only post options about [brief] for [account name]. Check FeedX's current text-post support and save for review.
Choose the shorter option and save a text-post draft.
Good to knowText-only support differs from image-post support; an account accepting images may still reject text-only posts.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn approved playable video and connected YouTube account.
Prepare this approved video for [YouTube account name] through FeedX's short-video delivery. Create two title and description options that meet current requirements.
Choose option one and save the video draft for review.
Good to knowYouTube is available through FeedX's video publishing, not image-post delivery.
Link to this use caseBring thisConnected Pinterest accounts with available boards.
Prepare this image post for [Pinterest account names]. Help me choose an available board for each account using FeedX's delivery settings.
After I confirm the board choices, continue with the same post and save a draft for review.
Good to knowChoose the FeedX-assisted option in the settings form, then confirm each account's board.
Link to this use caseBring thisA selected Pinterest account with available boards.
Prepare this post for [Pinterest account name]. I want to choose the board manually in FeedX's delivery settings.
After I confirm the board, keep that choice and prepare the draft.
Good to knowUse the form's board-name search when needed; unavailable boards cannot be invented or selected.
Link to this use caseBring thisA connected TikTok account and approved photo or video.
Prepare this [photo or video] for [TikTok account name]. Open FeedX's delivery settings so I can choose the available privacy and interaction options and complete the required confirmations.
After I confirm the settings, continue with this exact media and save a draft for review.
Good to knowTikTok options come from that creator's current settings; privacy and music confirmation need your explicit choices.
Link to this use caseBring thisMultiple selected Pinterest or TikTok accounts.
Prepare this post for [Pinterest account names] and [TikTok account names]. Let me confirm settings for each account, then summarize the saved choices before drafting.
Continue with the confirmed account settings and keep the full destination set.
Good to knowProvider settings are configuration; confirming them alone does not authorize publishing.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn exact approved video and multiple compatible connected accounts.
Prepare this exact approved video for all compatible short-video accounts in [brand name]. Preserve its audio choice and show every included account, including any separate batches.
Save the full set of video drafts with the same file and approved copy for review.
Good to knowMore than ten accounts can require multiple drafts; eleven compatible accounts use a 10+1 split.
Link to this use caseBring thisPinterest or TikTok settings already confirmed for this content.
I already confirmed the Pinterest or TikTok settings for this post. Recover the saved choices, summarize them by account, and continue the existing draft workflow.
Keep those confirmed choices and finish the draft for review.
Good to knowRecovering confirmation should not require repeating the same settings or creating duplicate content.
Link to this use caseKeep control over the copy, media, accounts, and final action.
Bring thisTwo or more saved content options.
Choose [option label] from the options we reviewed and save it as a FeedX draft for [account name]. Do not schedule or publish.
Show the current draft's caption, media description, and destination.
Good to knowA selected concept or saved draft is not a campaign being published.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn existing saved content option or draft.
Change only the CTA to [new CTA]. Keep the caption, chosen image, product facts, and target accounts unchanged. Save a new revision for review.
Keep this revision and show its final combined caption.
Good to knowExplicitly name fields to preserve; meaningful edits require a fresh delivery review.
Link to this use caseBring thisA delivery-ready FeedX draft.
Show me one FeedX preview of this current post for [account name] after checking its latest content and media. Do not publish yet.
Publish this unchanged previewed post now to [exact account names].
Good to knowSeeing a preview is not permission to publish; your follow-up must name the actual delivery action.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn approved draft with exact named destinations and ready media.
Publish this unchanged draft now to [exact account names]. Use the reviewed copy and media. Skip the optional preview.
Check the delivery result for each of those accounts.
Good to knowRequired provider choices or cost approvals still apply. Queue acceptance means submitted for publishing, not confirmed live.
Link to this use caseBring thisA product-grounded draft.
Before delivering this draft, check its latest product facts, selected media, account compatibility, and copy. If anything changed, summarize it and stop for my review.
Update the draft with the current facts and show me the revised version.
Good to knowA change in price, availability, content, media, targets, or time can invalidate earlier approval.
Link to this use caseBring thisSeveral selected catalog products and named compatible accounts.
Create a campaign with one distinct post for each of [product names]. Use each product's own facts and media, and show the intended accounts for every item. Save for review.
Turn the selected campaign option into individual drafts and report any item that is not ready.
Good to knowEach item needs its own compatible targets; one campaign-wide account list does not fit every format.
Link to this use caseBring thisA complete human-readable review of current campaign drafts.
Show every campaign item with its product, caption summary, media, and named destinations so I can approve the exact set.
I approve this unchanged set of campaign drafts. Do not schedule or publish yet.
Good to knowBulk approval changes review state only; missing media or a failed item still needs attention.
Link to this use casePrepare distinct posts, review a clear calendar, and schedule an approved week.
Bring thisCurrent catalog products, target accounts, and a start date.
Plan seven distinct product posts for seven days starting [date] in [timezone]. Use [products or collection] for [account names]. Prepare and review each post before scheduling anything.
Show the complete week with one caption summary, media description, local time, and destination set per day.
Good to knowA publishing week contains up to seven content items; approved media and compatible targets are required for each.
Link to this use caseBring thisUp to seven approved media files and a selected brand.
Use these [number] approved media files to prepare one distinct post per day from [date] for [account names] in [timezone]. Use only my brief: [brief]. Save for review first.
Keep each day's selected file and show the complete proposed schedule.
Good to knowStandalone workspaces use productless drafts; one day's file should not replace another day's media.
Link to this use caseBring thisA delivery-ready draft and unambiguous date, time, and timezone.
Schedule this unchanged draft to [exact account names] on [date] at [time] in [timezone]. Use its reviewed copy and media; skip the optional preview.
Show the accepted schedule and its FeedX campaign link.
Good to knowUse a date and timezone such as 2026-10-12, 09:00, Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh instead of an ambiguous 'tomorrow morning'.
Link to this use caseBring thisReviewed image, Reel, or Story drafts and proposed times.
Check this proposed week of image posts, Reels, and native Stories. For each day, verify its format, media, targets, and time in [timezone], then summarize it without scheduling.
Keep the compatible destinations shown for each item and present the final week for approval.
Good to knowDifferent formats can have different eligible accounts; Stories must remain Stories.
Link to this use caseBring thisA current, validated publishing-week summary.
I approve this unchanged publishing week with the shown posts, media, account names, dates, and times in [timezone]. Schedule the full week.
Show which items were accepted and any item that needs attention.
Good to knowEach schedule is validated independently; a mixed result is possible, and accepted schedules are not already published.
Link to this use caseBring thisA publishing week that has not been submitted for scheduling.
In this proposed week, change [day]'s time to [time] in [timezone] and replace its caption with [caption]. Keep the other items unchanged. Recheck the week for review.
Show the updated complete week before I approve scheduling.
Good to knowAny content, account, or timing change requires reviewing the updated week; this request edits the proposal.
Link to this use caseBring thisUp to seven reviewed items and a large compatible account set.
Prepare this seven-day plan for all compatible accounts in [brand name]. Include every account, preserve each day's media, and explain any account batches before I approve scheduling.
Show all seven content items with their full named destination sets and final times.
Good to knowFor larger account sets, FeedX may split each day into several drafts while preserving every selected destination and that day's media.
Link to this use caseReview product-copy proposals and take blog articles from idea to Shopify.
Bring thisAn eligible Shopify workspace and current product.
Rewrite the description for [product name] in a [tone] tone using current product facts. Preserve existing description images. Save a FeedX proposal and show a readable before-and-after comparison.
Apply this unchanged description proposal to the selected Shopify product.
Good to knowSaving a proposal does not update Shopify. Applying requires eligible owner or admin access and product-write permission.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify product.
Propose a clearer title and three concise summary highlights for [product name]. Keep the main description unchanged and use only current product facts. Save for review.
Apply only the title and summary fields from this unchanged proposal.
Good to knowAsk for the exact fields you want changed; you can update a subset without rewriting everything.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify product and target language.
Rewrite [product name]'s description in [language] for [audience]. Preserve product names where appropriate, specifications, prices mentioned, and existing images. Save a proposal only.
Show the final readable description and the changed fields before I approve applying it.
Good to knowThis replaces the selected product-copy fields; it does not create a separate Shopify Markets translation.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify workspace with a named blog destination.
For the [blog name] blog, write an article about [topic] in [language] with a title, excerpt, and [number] clear sections. Use [tone] and [keywords] naturally. Save a FeedX proposal only.
Revise the introduction to focus on [audience need], then show the article for review.
Good to knowA FeedX blog proposal is separate from a Shopify draft and from a live article.
Link to this use caseBring thisA reviewed FeedX blog proposal and eligible Shopify access.
Deliver this unchanged reviewed article to the [blog name] Shopify blog as a Shopify draft. Keep the approved title, excerpt, body, and featured image.
Confirm the article's current delivery state.
Good to knowA Shopify draft remains unpublished; publishing live is a separate choice.
Link to this use caseBring thisA reviewed proposal and eligible Shopify owner or admin access.
Publish this unchanged reviewed article live on the [blog name] Shopify blog, including its approved featured image.
Confirm the live article result and provide the article link when FeedX returns one.
Good to knowAny change to text, image, or blog destination requires another review before delivery.
Link to this use caseBring thisA blog proposal and an exact approved image.
Use this exact approved image as the featured image for the [article title] blog proposal. Import it into FeedX and save the revised article for review.
Show the revised article and featured-image description before I choose Shopify draft or live publication.
Good to knowIf Shopify cannot retain the approved image, FeedX needs your choice before delivering without it.
Link to this use caseBring thisA defined list of Shopify products and the earlier review context.
Prepare description rewrites for these Shopify products one at a time: [product list]. Preserve source images and facts. Keep a clear list of proposed, approved, applied, and unresolved items; ask for review before applying each proposal.
Resume this list. Check each product's latest state, skip confirmed applied items, and show the next pending proposal.
Good to knowEach product has its own review and current facts; a batch is not one atomic store update.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify product and the exact quote you supplied or verified from its image.
For [product name], rewrite the description around this exact message-card quote I inspected: [quote]. Preserve the wording, ground other details in the current product, and save a proposal for review.
Show the exact quote, revised description, and changed fields before I approve applying it.
Good to knowA product-image URL does not prove the quote was read. Supply the quote or make the actual image available for inspection.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify product with images in its existing description.
Improve the section order and readability of [product name]'s description while preserving every original description image and its source. Save a proposal and read back the heading and image order for review.
Apply this unchanged proposal, then read the saved product description and confirm its headings, text, and original image references.
Good to knowReadback verifies saved content and image references; it does not claim a visual storefront layout inspection.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify catalog and an explicit product selection.
From [collection name], show up to [number] products for selection. For the products I choose, propose a 400–500 word description and four summary highlights each, preserving facts and images. Review one product at a time before applying.
Continue with [selected product names] only and show the first proposal with its word count and four highlights.
Good to knowThis updates individual product content after review; it does not edit the collection's own description or apply the whole catalog.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn eligible Shopify blog, topic, and target keyword.
For [blog name], draft an article with [number] original, unattributed quotes about [topic]. Use [keyword] naturally in the title and introduction, add a short explanation for each quote, and include an excerpt. Save a FeedX proposal only.
Check the quote count, remove repeated ideas, and show the complete article before I choose delivery.
Good to knowGenerated quotes must not be attributed to real people or presented as quotations from a source.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn article excerpt or style notes you are allowed to use.
Write a new article about [topic] for [blog name] using this approved reference for tone, section rhythm, and reading level: [reference excerpt or style notes]. Use original wording and save a FeedX proposal for review.
Make the opening closer to the reference's pacing while preserving this article's own facts and examples.
Good to knowReference style guides the new draft; it does not supply missing facts or authorize copying the original article.
Link to this use caseRead delivery results, recover failed posts, and set clear limits for delegated work.
Bring thisA connected workspace and desired date range.
Show my FeedX campaigns, scheduled posts, and content calendar from [start date] through [end date] in [timezone]. Keep this read-only and say clearly if a list is empty.
Show the details for [campaign name or campaign link].
Good to knowUse YYYY-MM-DD dates. FeedX's content calendar is different from a personal meetings calendar.
Link to this use caseBring thisAn existing campaign or accepted delivery request.
Check the latest delivery result for [campaign name or FeedX campaign link]. Show the result for each named destination and any confirmed post links.
Explain the next safe step for the failed destination [account name].
Good to knowAccepted or queued is not confirmed published; ask for status when you want an updated provider result.
Link to this use caseBring thisA known failed post in an existing campaign.
For [campaign name or FeedX campaign link], inspect the latest result and retry only the failed post for [account name]. Keep the existing campaign and post.
Check the current result of that same retry.
Good to knowIf FeedX cannot confirm whether the provider already posted it, check the destination before requesting another attempt.
Link to this use caseBring thisA delivery or retry that returned no confirmed outcome.
The last delivery response was uncertain. Check the existing campaign and destination state before doing anything else. Do not create another campaign or blindly retry.
I checked [account name] and [what you found]. Tell me the safest next step for this existing post.
Good to knowAn interrupted response may follow an accepted action; a fresh request can otherwise duplicate delivery.
Link to this use caseBring thisAvailable autonomy controls, chosen accounts, and clear limits.
Prepare an auto-draft policy for [workspace and brand], limited to [products or productless brief], [accounts], [formats], [date range], [maximum posts], and [credit budget]. Let it expire on [date and time] in [timezone]. Show the scope before activation.
I approve this unchanged auto-draft scope. Activate it, then use it for the current reviewed content option.
Good to knowA policy authorizes bounded actions; it is not a promise of continuous background work or completed drafts.
Link to this use caseBring thisAvailable autonomy controls and prepared drafts.
Prepare an auto-schedule policy for [workspace and brand], [accounts], [formats], and [products or productless brief]. Limit it to [date range], [weekdays and time window] in [timezone], [maximum posts], and [credit budget], with expiry [date and time]. Show it for review.
I approve this unchanged scope. Activate it and schedule [current draft] for [date and time] within those limits.
Good to knowProvider settings, product freshness, media readiness, and budget checks still apply to delegated delivery.
Link to this use caseBring thisExisting autonomy grants in the workspace.
Show my FeedX autonomy grants, their scope, limits, status, and recent activity. Keep this inspection read-only.
Pause [named grant or described scope]. If I say 'stop all delegated work', engage the workspace autonomy kill switch.
Good to knowPause is reversible. The workspace kill switch stops eligible grants. Review previously scheduled campaigns separately; releasing the switch does not revive stopped grants.
Link to this use caseBring thisAvailable autonomy controls and explicit publishing limits.
Prepare an auto-publish policy for [workspace and brand] covering only [accounts], [formats], and [products or productless brief]. Limit it to [date range and time window] in [timezone], [maximum posts], [credit budget], and expiry [date and time]. Show the full scope for approval.
I approve this unchanged auto-publish scope. Activate it and publish the current ready draft within those limits.
Good to knowAutomatic publishing is an explicit permission level. Activation alone does not create content or prove a post is live.
Link to this use caseBring thisA scheduling, publishing, or rendering request limited by your plan.
Show which items in this request were accepted and which remain drafts or failed because of the current allowance. Keep completed work intact and explain the available next step.
Keep the remaining items as drafts. Propose new eligible times or existing approved media, then let me review before any new delivery.
Good to knowMCP access does not remove daily limits or render quotas. Never assume every item succeeded because part of a batch did.
Link to this use caseMake it your own
You do not need to know tool names. Give the assistant enough context to make a useful first draft.
Use FeedX in [workspace] for [brand]. Start from [product URL or exact approved media]. Help [audience] understand [benefit or goal]. Prepare [format] for [connected account names] in [language], with a [tone] voice. Use verified product facts. Show the draft and exact media first. Tell me any credit cost before paid generation. Propose [date and time] in [timezone], and wait for me to approve delivery.
Refine one thing at a time: “Keep the image. Shorten the caption. Make the call to action softer.”
From idea to confirmed result
Catalog workspaces can use their current products. Standalone workspaces can start from your media and brief. Shopify product descriptions and blog publishing require an eligible Shopify workspace.
An image in your chat is not automatically accessible to FeedX. If the assistant offers a FeedX upload link, use it to hand over the original file. Otherwise, upload it in FeedX and finish the draft there. A similar image is not the same asset.
“Instagram” can mean an image post, a Reel, or a Story. Ask which formats your actual connected account supports. Video Stories, Pinterest boards, TikTok settings, and other channel requirements need their own review.
Read the final caption, inspect the image or play the video, and check each named account. If the content, media, destinations, or time change, review the new version before approving it.
FeedX MCP access is included with Free, Lite, Pro, and Business. AI credits, renders, store-content updates, and publishing allowances still depend on your workspace. Your AI platform has its own subscription and limits.
Draft saved, scheduled, queued, and published are different states. Queued means delivery is processing. Ask for the result for each account, and check an uncertain request before repeating it.
