These Terms of Service apply to FeedX, operated by Markiee LLC, and its content, workspace, and connected publishing services. By accessing or using FeedX, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have authority to act for yourself and any entity you represent.

FeedX is not intended for individuals under 13 years old. We reserve the right to deny access to any user for any lawful reason.

1. FeedX services

FeedX provides tools to create and manage content, connect supported catalogs and social accounts, organize media, and run one-time or recurring publishing campaigns. Supported features include AI-assisted content, template-based video workflows, scheduling, selected Facebook and Instagram engagement tools, and the FeedX connection for ChatGPT.

AI Product Studio and AI Blog Writer require a connected Shopify store. Other features depend on your workspace type, plan, account permissions, media, and the capabilities of each external platform. Connecting an account does not make every format or feature available.

2. Accounts, permissions, and publishing

You are responsible for the accounts, stores, workspaces, and content you connect or manage. Keep your credentials secure and grant access only to authorized team members.

Review the destination accounts, content, media, and timing before authorizing publishing or store changes. When you enable a recurring campaign, reply rule, or supported bounded delegation, you authorize actions within that configuration until it expires or you pause, revoke, or disable it, as applicable. Creating a draft alone does not authorize publication.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish your text, product information, images, video, audio, and other material. Your use must comply with applicable laws and the rules of the connected platforms. Do not use FeedX for unlawful content, infringement, deceptive claims, unauthorized access, or abusive automation.

3. AI-assisted content and third-party services

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, product details, rights, and platform requirements before using it. FeedX does not guarantee reach, engagement, sales, or an optimal posting time.

External platforms and AI providers operate under their own terms and policies. Their permissions, limits, availability, and technical requirements can affect FeedX features and delivery. A scheduled or queued item is not a guarantee of publication; review its final status.

FeedX uses YouTube API Services. By using FeedX's YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Plans, billing, and usage

The allowances and charges applicable to your subscription are shown in your billing flow and on the pricing page. Review the displayed terms before starting a subscription or purchasing credits. AI credits, video renders, campaigns, replies, and publishing may have separate limits. X posting follows its own allowance and posting-credit rules. External platform limits continue to apply.

5. Your content and service processing

You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You authorize FeedX to access, store, process, format, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features and actions you request or configure, including delivery to connected services. This does not transfer ownership of your content to FeedX. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. FeedX website materials

FeedX's website materials are owned by or licensed to FeedX and are protected. Except as permitted by the service or with written permission, you may not copy, reuse, or republish those materials for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and financial penalties. This section concerns FeedX's materials, not ownership of content you provide.

7. Linking and framing

You may not hyperlink to, frame, or reference this website publicly or commercially without our consent.

8. Disclaimers

We are not responsible for errors in content or damages caused by your use of the site, including downloads. Use the site at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

By using this site, you waive any claims for damages. Our liability is limited to what you paid us, if anything.

10. Indemnification

If your use of the site causes damage or legal claims, you agree to cover all related costs.

11. Notice

We are not required to give you notice of changes to these terms. By continuing to use the site, you agree to all updates.

12. Dispute resolution

Any disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive rights to go to court or participate in class actions.

13. Jurisdiction

Any legal matters will be handled in the jurisdiction of the website owner, under applicable state law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the website owner resides.
