Choose the right workspace
Enable FeedX in your chat, then ask it to confirm your workspace and brand. A catalog workspace can use current products; a Standalone workspace starts with your own media and brief.
Use FeedX and confirm which workspace and brand we are using. Show the connected social accounts and explain which features are available.
If you manage several clients, name the workspace in your request. To switch, say: “Change to my Summer Studio workspace.” Ask the assistant to confirm the new workspace before continuing.
01 · Product to social draft
Find a product. Give it an angle.
Start from your current catalog or a product URL that belongs to the selected store. FeedX checks product facts; the assistant helps turn them into a caption that fits your brand and destination.
Use FeedX to find three birthday gifts in my catalog. Show their current prices and availability, then wait for me to choose.
Use the second product. Prepare two warm, playful caption options for an Instagram image post. Use the real product details, and keep both as drafts for review.
Choose an option, then refine it naturally: “Shorten the opening,” “Use Vietnamese,” or “Make the call to action softer.” Ask to save the chosen version as a FeedX draft.
02 · Your image or video
Start with media you already like
You can prepare content from approved images or playable videos, including a media-first workflow without a store. The assistant first checks whether FeedX can access the exact asset through its supported media tools or a direct file handoff.
Help me use my approved summer launch image. Check that FeedX can access the exact file, then draft a short caption for Facebook and Instagram. Keep the image unchanged and show me the destinations before saving.
A file visible in your chat is not automatically accessible to the connector. A regular FeedX Media Library upload may also be unavailable to its media tools. When direct handoff is unavailable, open FeedX, upload the original file, and finish the media-based draft there. You can copy your reviewed caption from the chat. Do not replace an approved image with a similar one.
For Reels and supported native Stories, start with a playable video and name the placement. FeedX checks the connected channel’s format and media requirements. Image generation, video creation, and file handoff vary by AI platform and may have separate limits.
03 · Make the final choice
Review, then schedule or publish
Ask for the exact content, media, destination account names, and scheduled time with timezone. An interactive preview may be available in your assistant; a text review can explain the same draft. Complete any required social channel settings before delivery.
Show the final caption, image, and destination accounts for this draft. Propose next Friday at 10:00 AM, Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh, and show the exact calendar date. Wait for my approval.
After checking those details, approve that exact action:
I approve this unchanged draft for the Facebook and Instagram accounts you just listed. Schedule it for the exact date and time you just showed, in Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh.
For immediate delivery, say “Publish this approved draft now” and name the accounts. If you change the copy, media, destinations, or time, review the updated version before approving it.
“Draft saved” means it is ready for review. “Accepted” or “queued” means FeedX accepted the delivery job. “Published” requires a confirmed result from the social platform.
04 · A week with room to review
Schedule a small publishing week
Prepare one to seven eligible FeedX drafts, then ask for a weekly schedule. Review the complete plan, including every destination and timezone, before approving it.
Build a publishing week from these three reviewed drafts. Use Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 AM in Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh. Show the full plan and wait for my approval before scheduling.
Once the proposed plan is correct, approve it in the same conversation. Ask for the calendar when you want to check the scheduled items.
05 · More from your catalog
Improve product and blog content
Shopify product descriptions
For an eligible Shopify workspace, prepare a title, summary, or description rewrite for review. Saving a proposal does not update the live product.
Prepare a clearer description for this Shopify product using its verified details. Save it for review and show what would change before applying it.
Shopify blog articles
Choose an available blog destination, prepare an article, then decide whether to send it to Shopify as a draft or publish it. Live publication needs your approval.
Draft a gift guide using these products for my Shopify blog. Keep it in FeedX for review, include accurate product links, and do not publish it.
Product short links
Create a short link for a verified catalog product where your workspace supports it. This feature is for catalog workspaces, rather than arbitrary web addresses.
Create a FeedX short link for this catalog product so I can use it in my campaign.
06 · Stay in control
Check the calendar and delivery status
Show my FeedX calendar for next week, including destination accounts and times in my workspace timezone.
Check the delivery status of the post we just submitted. Tell me which destinations succeeded, are still processing, or need attention.
If a request timed out or its outcome is unclear, check its status before asking to publish again. You can also open your FeedX dashboard to review campaigns and scheduled work.
The same workspace, across your assistants
What changes between platforms?
ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can use the same FeedX connection. Their file handling, media generation, interactive components, and action confirmations can differ. Your FeedX workspace remains the place to check saved drafts and delivery results.
- Workspace capabilities: product discovery needs a catalog. Shopify descriptions and blogs require an eligible Shopify workspace.
- Social channels: the exact account, placement, and media type determine whether a post can be delivered. Pinterest and TikTok may require additional settings.
- Plan allowances: connecting an assistant does not add FeedX AI credits, renders, campaign capacity, or posting allowance. Your AI platform’s own usage limits also apply.
- Review and approval: use explicit instructions for the content, destinations, and time you approve. Required host or provider confirmations still apply.
When a required preview, setting, or upload cannot be completed inside your assistant, continue that step in FeedX. Ask what is missing before trying the same action again.
