FeedX Getting Started & Publishing Guide

Last updated: September 4, 2026

FeedX helps you create content, manage social campaigns, and publish from one workspace. Start with a connected catalog, an idea, a public URL, or your own media. This guide covers the current workflow from setup to publication.

1. Choose your workspace

  • Standalone: Create social content without an online store. Use your own ideas, source URLs, images, or videos.
  • Shopify: Connect a store to use its products in campaigns and access Shopify-specific product copy and blog tools.
  • Wix: Connect your store for supported catalog and social publishing workflows.
  • Product sheet or data feed: Bring a catalog through a supported feed and check that product information and media are available.

Confirm the active workspace and brand before creating content. Review your workspace settings, team access, and plan usage in the Dashboard.

2. Connect your social accounts

FeedX supports connections for Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Connect the accounts you manage and grant the permissions needed for your chosen features.

Available post formats depend on the platform, account type, permissions, media, and plan. A connected account may support some formats but not others. Use the compatible destinations shown in FeedX, and reconnect an account if its authorization expires.

Complete any platform-specific settings before delivery, such as a Pinterest board, TikTok privacy and consent options, or YouTube audience settings when required.

3. Choose a content workflow

  • Content Autopilot: Prepare a seven-day content plan from a brief, then review the proposed posts.
  • Weekly Deal Builder: Build a promotional week around selected products and offers.
  • Upload & Schedule: Use your own images or videos, add copy, and choose compatible publishing destinations.
  • AI Image Posts, AI Reels, AI Stories, and Text Campaigns: Create editable content for supported formats. FeedX video workflows use templates or assemble selected media; available formats vary by channel.
  • Product campaigns: Use selected products or configure supported recurring product-selection rules for your connected catalog.

Review product names, prices, availability, links, captions, and media before approving a post. AI suggestions can contain errors. Uploading a video does not mean FeedX can understand its contents; provide the context needed for accurate copy.

4. Use FeedX through ChatGPT

With FeedX connected in ChatGPT, you can find catalog products, develop creative options, import approved media, save drafts, and request supported publishing actions. Catalog workflows use a connected Shopify, Wix, or data-feed workspace. Standalone workflows begin with your media and creative brief.

  1. Check the workspace, brand, product or media, and destination accounts.
  2. Choose and refine the text and creative you want to use.
  3. Save the approved content as an editable FeedX draft. Request a visual preview when useful.
  4. Confirm the final content, accounts, and time before scheduling or publishing.

A saved draft does not publish itself. If you explicitly enable supported automation or a bounded delegation, review its scope, time window, destinations, and spending limits. You can pause or revoke a delegation. FeedX-billed image generation and video rendering may use credits or render allowances; review the disclosed cost before authorizing them.

5. Review, schedule, and follow up

Choose immediate publishing, a one-time schedule, or a supported recurring campaign. Set the date, time, and timezone yourself. FeedX uses your configured schedule; it does not guarantee an optimal posting time or a particular reach or sales result.

Use the Content Calendar and campaign history to review scheduled items and publication results. A draft, queued task, or scheduled item is not proof that a social platform has published it. Check the final status and destination link, and address any reported connection, media, permission, or usage-limit issue.

6. Explore additional tools

  • AI Product Studio: Review proposed product titles, summaries, and descriptions before applying selected changes to Shopify.
  • AI Blog Writer: Prepare individual or bulk Shopify articles from a brief, review the text and featured image, and choose draft or live delivery.
  • Comment Auto-Reply: Configure rules for supported Facebook and Instagram comment replies.
  • Inbox: Manage supported Facebook and Instagram conversations.
  • Reusable resources: Organize media, caption templates, and supported product short links.

AI Product Studio and AI Blog Writer require a connected Shopify store. Social publishing and engagement features depend on the connected platform and its permissions.

7. Check your plan and usage

Review the current plans and allowances for campaigns, destinations, publishing, replies, AI credits, and video renders. X has separate posting-credit rules: applicable plan allowances are used first, followed by your personal X Posting Credit balance. Third-party platform limits still apply.
